Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 877be ("877be", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 877be website at 877be.ws, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services and related features (collectively, "the Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and account holders.

By accessing the 877be platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. 2. Account Registration and KYC

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 877be will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.
• 877be reserves the right to suspend your account pending completion of KYC verification at any point during your use of the platform, including prior to processing a withdrawal request.
• Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where 877be identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered account may be permanently closed and any balances or pending winnings may be voided.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

877be accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned less any applicable processing charges.

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. The minimum deposit via Rocket is ৳300. Bank transfer minimum deposit is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day and per month; current limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your 877be wallet within 60 seconds of payment confirmation under normal operating conditions. 877be is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
• 877be does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payout amounts. 877be reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending KYC verification, fraud investigation or compliance review.
• All monetary amounts on the 877be platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 877be does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

In the event that a deposit is made using a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder, 877be reserves the right to freeze those funds pending investigation and to return them to the originating payment source upon satisfactory verification.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

877be offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published in the relevant promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games and expiry dates.

• Bonuses must be activated before making your qualifying deposit. Bonuses cannot be applied retroactively to deposits already completed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover conditions apply to both slots and live casino games unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of each bet before confirmation.
• 877be reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, pricing error or where the outcome of an event has been manipulated by a third party.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time for operational, regulatory or integrity reasons. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension will be settled according to the available result data.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are set by the game provider and are disclosed within the individual game information panels. 877be does not adjust RTP settings on any game.

6. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

877be makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 877be's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 877be account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

877be reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time.
